Honestly, it has been awhile since I read this book. Now I'm not 100% sure I completed this one, but I think I did.

My biggest takeaway from this book was that you have to switch topics every 10 minutes or you are going to lose your audience. I also think this is the first book that helped me to recognize the importance of sleep.
