This book talks about all of the things that will get in the way of us becoming great and becoming really good at whatever our craft is, be it engineering or sculpting.
The key takeaway was the concept of "resistance". The things, including procrastination and distractions, that keeps us from our "art".
This book has colorful language (more than most books I recommend).
