Review

To be honest, its been awhile since I have read this book, but I know that I loved it. One of the biggest takeaways that I had with this is that you only have so much willpower in the day and you should eliminate choices if you want to have more of it.

I'm sure it had a lot of examples in there, like Steve Jobs choosing to wear the same thing each day.

It is re-read worthy and laid a great foundation for follow-up books.
